Scenic offers France trip to top selling agents in Australia and New Zealand
To celebrate Bastille Day and all things French, Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours is offering five agents, three from Australia and two from New Zealand, the chance to win a place on a 13 day South of France famil departing Chalon- sur-Saône departing 19 October 2018.
In order to secure a place, agents must simply deposit the highest number of clients on any 2019 Scenic European River Cruise from 1 July to 31 August 2018.
These top selling agents will find themselves right in the centre of the action, in one of Europe’s most beautiful regions.
Scenic designs its cruises through the South of France with no overnight sailings, and with docking ports in the centre of towns and cities, everything is easily accessible giving guests the maximum opportunity to discover the wonderful sights and tastes of Southern France.
A gourmet splurge in Lyon, the food capital of France, or an evening of fabulous entertainment in Tarascon – the possibilities are endless.
Combine that with highlights such as immersing yourself in the acclaimed Beaujolais wine region, and a visit to the beautiful Camargue and the temptations of succumbing to the South of France become even more alluring.

AGENTS ENJOY VIP CRUISE ON NEW VIKING ORION
Top selling Viking agents boarded brand new Viking Orion earlier this month, to experience the award-winning Viking difference whilst cruising the popular 8-day Italian Sojourn ocean cruise between Venice and Rome, hosted by Viking Managing Director Australia and New Zealand, Michelle Black.
Highlights included exploring the town of Trogir, an open-air museum and UNESCO World Heritage Site set within medieval walls on a tiny island in Croatia. Agents loved wandering the labyrinth of alleyways, staircases and arches of the white cities of Ostuni and Alberobello in Italy. Later, some climbed Mt. Etna’s towering volcano, viewing ancient temples and arenas before visiting Taormina, a glorious medieval hillside town overlooking the shimmering sea in Sicily.
The agents were also among the first to experience Viking Orion’s new planetarium-like immersive theatre; the Explorer’s Dome, and the “Explorations in Space” collection – a photographic journal through space including astronaut portraits and documents of complex mission activities, produced by NASA.
Global STARS 2018 ready for takeoff to Hamilton Island!
Global STARS is back again in 2018 and heading to the pristine beaches of Hamilton Island. With top selling agents flying into the island for a weekend of reward, exploration and celebrations from July 27 to 29!
Agents from around Australia will travel to Hamilton Island for the event, thanks to their top seller status which is achieved through sales across wholesale brands including; Qantas Holidays, Viva!
Holidays, Sunlover Holidays, Rail Tickets, Ready Rooms, The Cruise Team, Seven Oceans Territory Discoveries and Insider Journeys. New Zealand based agents will be well represented, with top selling stars for NZ based wholesale brand GO Holidays also attending.
Agents will have the opportunity to take part in pre and post famils, experiencing the very best of Queensland. From tropical north Queensland to the outback the rewarded agents will most certainly be spoiled for choice for their Global STARS experience.
Social events across the exclusive event include a welcome lunch at the Outrigger marquee, a welcome function on Catseye Beach, a cruise aboard a Cruise Whitsunday vessel with refreshments on board and time to experience the magnificent Whitehaven beach for the day, followed by the glamorous Gala Dinner where all of the awards winners will be recognised.
Steve Brady, National Sales Manager, said that the Global STARS 2018 celebration on Hamilton Island will be one to remember.
“Bringing our top selling agents together for Global STARS to Hamilton Island is a fantastic opportunity to show them what the island and the Whitsundays have to offer. This is an experience they won’t forget, with some spectacular activities and events on the agenda, and of course the awards, this year’s Global STARS is going to be a hit” he said.
“We look forward to welcoming all of our winners on this year’s awards trip and celebrating the top performers across our wholesale brands at the second ever Global STARS.” Steve said.
Qualify now for the famous Sno’n’Ski Canada Mega Famil 2019
Sno’n’Ski has officially launched the incentive period for its legendary 2019 Canada Mega Famil.
As Australia’s leading ski wholesaler, Sno’n’Ski hosts an annual famil through Canada’s finest ski fields that is famous for its focus on education through experience.
30 top-selling agents will be flown to Canada in March 2019 to enjoy an action-packed eight-night itinerary through Jasper, Lake Louise, Banff and Panorama resorts.
Sno’n’Ski Director and General Manager Daniel Walker says the success of the Canada Mega Fam is due to its unique nature and the quality of the inclusions.
“We’re the only company to stage a ski famil of this magnitude and our Canadian suppliers pull out all the stops to show agents a good time,” says Walker.
“Destinations such as Banff are incredible as it is, but agents on the Mega are wined, dined, stay in awesome resorts and receive the ultimate ski town experience.”
Rather than packing the itinerary with lengthy site inspections, the Sno’n’Ski Canada Mega lets agents discover the destination through a balance of on and off-piste activities, dining experiences and concise site inspections.
To qualify for this ski famil extravaganza agents should book and ticket as many Sno’n’Ski lift and accommodation packages as possible before 31 October 2018.
Agents must make at least one booking to Jasper, Lake Louise, Banff or Panorama to be in the official qualifying pool, but bookings to all destinations count in the final tally.
Walker says that based on previous years’ Canada Mega Famils the 30 agents who qualify for next year’s event are in for the adventure of a lifetime.
“Check out the hashtags from the past two years’ Mega Fams [#snonskimega2017 and #snonskimega2018] and it’s easy to see the agents had the time of their lives.”
Explore Worldwide host Georgia famil
Last month Explore Worldwide hosted an intimate group of agents on a famil to Georgia to uncover more about this fascinating destination.
Embarking on a 7 day adventure, agents were treated to the Explore Worldwide experience, discovering Georgia in all it’s incredible beauty.
The week was filled with visits to countless ancient monasteries and churches, walking the intricate network of abandoned cave towns built into the side of cliffs and dining with families in small rural villages.
From here agents enjoyed FWD’ing amongst the stunning, impressive snow-capped peaks of the Greater Caucaus, visiting museums, small bars and taking the cable car above cosmopolitan Tbilisi and of course plenty of time to sample the world renowned local wine.
Andrew Eddy from Explore / Cox and Kings Australia and New Zealand said the famil was a great way for agents to experience first hand the ethos of Explore.
“With Explore the focus is on getting away from the typical well-trodden tourist track. The famil in Georgia really emphasized this to agents. It was a great success” said Eddy.
