This Women in Travel entrant is already miles ahead of everyone else

If you haven’t entered Women in Travel yet, we’ll forgive you. But will you forgive yourself?

Because this champ is completely and utterly, 100 per cent ahead of the game – and has put herself in the running to win a Women in Travel award just FIVE DAYS AFTER ENTRIES OPENED. Can you tell we’re excited?

Well, you should be too, because this year Women in Travel is coming up sooner than ever before –  and will be held in late June instead of November. Yipee!

Said champion is Colleen Lacey from Travelmanagers Buddina Queensland.

E2EAEBBC-9ACB-4EAF-B5CC-B0D53F1DE085

She entered the Rising Star of the Year category – and boy are we impressed at the speed she entered in.

Including Rising Star of the Year, there are 18 categories to choose from this year (and FYI you can still be the first to enter in 17 of them).

1. Employer of the Year
2. Social Media
3. Road and Rail
4. Retail
5. Corporate
6. Rising Star of the Year
7. Marketer of the Year
8. Mentor of the Year
9. PR of the Year
10. Sales Person of the Year
11. Wholesale
12. Cruise
13. Aviation
14. Tourism Board
15. Technology
16. Hotel
17. Entrepreneur of the Year
18. Male Champion of Change

You can even enter more than one category! Provided the work submitted meets the criteria, of course. If you won last year, you can also come back to defend your honour.

If you don’t like to toot your own horn, you can nominate one of your fabulous, hard-working friends right here too.

Otherwise, enter yourself or another industry champ here. It’s (obviously) too late to be the first to enter, but we’ll give you a crisp high five for making your own life easier and getting organised now (trust us, we know how easy procrastination can be).

All other info can be found on the Women in Travel website here – but to lock yourself in, grab yourself an early bird ticket right here.  WIT_Sponsor_block
