Travel agents snapped in Singapore!

Four travel agents are currently on location in Singapore shooting a series of videos with the Singapore Tourism Board (STB), ahead of a three-city roadshow hitting Australia in August.

The week-long film shoot, coordinated by The Misfits and Travel Weekly, is part of this year’s Singapore Tourism Board campaign to showcase the variety of extraordinary experiences on offer in the country.

Each travel agent was given their own film crew and a personal itinerary to show off four specific areas of Singapore: Nature, Family, Art & Design, and Culture.

From discovering hidden gardens in the middle of the urban landscape and experiencing incredible design hubs, to exploring the city’s kid-friendly activities and feasting on local food, these agents have seen it all.

So who are these lucky agents? You’ve got Rachel Cleary from Flight Centre Noosa Village, Zoe Taylor from Peter Milling Boutique Travel in Dubbo, Susan Mathew from Andrew Jones Travel in Hobart, and Lucia Bonizzato from Peterpans Adventure Travel Adelaide.

The videos from each agent’s adventure are set to hit the big screens – no, not Hollywood –  at a series of travel agent roadshows on Australia’s East Coast.

We’re hitting Sydney on Wednesday 16 August 2017, Melbourne on Thursday 17 August 2017, and Brisbane on Tuesday 15 August 2017.

These swish events are ready and waiting to host up to 800 of you brilliant agents, to show off what more than 20 Singaporean suppliers have to offer Aussie agents, and to educate the trade on the latest and greatest developments of the Lion City.

And yes, you’ll score sneak peeks at all the amazing adventures these four travel agents experienced.

More information on the upcoming roadshows and videos, which will also be played across a variety of social media channels, will be released soon.

Check out these behind the scenes snaps of agents getting papped around Singapore!
