How’s this for an internship?!

Who knew a stint in the Big Brother house would ever pay off?

Well, for BB veteran Jake Richardson, it was only the beginning, because now he’s won PandaBed’s #BestInternship2015 campaign.

The 26-year old Aussie is a former TV and radio personality, and now runs a leading YouTube channel, having won the title of Best Upcoming Presenter through Simon Cowell’s You Generation YouTube network in 2014.

During the two weeks internship period, Jake will be tasked to inspect and review PandaBed’s properties across South East Asia, while of course having a damn good time travelling.

He’ll also be in charge of testing PandaBed.com’s newly launched PeerMatch algorithm, which allows Asian holiday goers to find like-minded homeowners that match their lifestyle needs and personalities.

Jake will be visiting Bali, Siem Reap, Phnom Penh, and Ho Chi Minh City during his two week internship experience.

“Jake has an excellent reputation as a storyteller, and his videos are viewed by thousands of fans,” PandaBed co-founder Lester Kang said.

“That was one of the key considerations in our decision to select Jake. We felt he was best placed to bring out the unique and amazing experiences that PandaBed’s guests have.”

Currently Asia’s fastest-growing online home-sharing platform, the two-year-old PandaBed has over 10,000 holiday homes on its site.
