Ramada Resort wins Award of Excellence

Ramada Resort Port Douglas has been recognised with the prestigious 2014 Booking.com Award of Excellence.

The Award of Excellence is presented annually by the world’s leading online accommodation provider, in honour of their achievements over the previous year as measured by their overall guest review score.

Ramada Resort Port Douglas was praised for consistently meeting and exceeding the expectations of its guests, and for always achieving the best accommodation experience possible.

“Our entire team is honoured to be recognised by our guests for our commitment to delivering the very best in service. We are grateful for our guest’s wonderful feedback and we will continue to provide premier services to all who stay with us,” Ramada resort manager Bob Speed said.

Nestled amongst a Melaleuca grove and surrounding a lagoon style swimming pool, Ramada Resort Port Douglas offers hotel rooms, and spacious one and two bedroom apartments. The resort boasts a host of facilities including the Tree Bar and Grill restaurant, a day spa, and a gym.
