Fiery South Americans vie for notoriety

Fiery South Americans vie for notoriety

Air New Zealand is diving straight into the colourful, spicy world of South America for its first Buenos Aires campaign.

To mark the airline’s jump into the new market, they’ve asked locals where the best place in South America is. But there’s a snag in their survey, because every local will passionately tries to sell their own home town as number one.

However, when you ask them the second best place to go, Buenos Aires unanimously comes in at number two.

With its great nightlife, rich history street culture, it’s the one city they can all agree on.

Buenos Aires is painted as the perfect springboard for every South American itinerary, and along with its airline partners, Air NZ connects Aussies to 13 other destinations, from Sao Paulo and Brazil to Lima and Peru, as well as over 30 destinations within Argentina.

On top of the launch of the new route, going live April 16 will be the educational and incentive agent program ‘Buenos Agents’, encouraging agents to score themselves some sweet prizes.

Every fortnight agents are encouraged to complete a quick quiz, with the fastest agent to enter instantly winning a spot on the Buenos Aires famil – but be quick, literally, because there’s only 20 spots on the table.

In the meantime, check out the hot new campaign here.
