A different Kim attempts to break the internet

A different Kim attempts to break the internet

North Korea have launched a new website (in Korean) to encourage tourism to the dictator-led country, despite simultaneously banning visitors fearing a spread of Ebola.

News sites including the Vine report that if in fact you are able to enter the country, the website, dprktoday.com lists activities including the Arirang Mass Games, which are “once seen, never forgotten” and the Pyongyang marathon which allows you to “discover the streets of Pyongyang like never before”, but is capped at just 500 participants, so those keen better get in quick.

According to the Vine, the un-ironically titled ‘Independent Tour’ offers “an itinerary available to suit your requests” which is most likely focused around seeing the country’s perfectly working systems, or perhaps it could involve some face-to-face time with the only Kim Jong-un in the country, after the leader recently banned the name for everyone but himself.
