Rezdy takes to tours

Rezdy takes to tours
By admin

Global tour and activity booking software Rezdy has announced its partnership with online experiences gift retailer RedBalloon, in order to build a more comprehensive software for the lucrative tours and activities sector.

RedBalloon has provided over 2 million experiences to consumers and businesses since starting up in 2001, and works closely with almost 1000 tour operators in Australia and New Zealand.

Rezdy’s technology offers a two-way solution for tour operators, with customers accessing tour operator availability in real time, and operators receiving bookings directly into their Rezdy inventory management software, which minimises overbooking and manual error.

Tour operators will now also gain access to RedBalloon’s brand awareness and exposure through marketing campaigns, with the RedBalloon integration now live and available to Rezdy’s customers.

“From the beginning, we’ve known that there is a huge demand in consolidating the industry’s data and opening it to distribution,” Rezdy’s founder and CEO Simon Lenoir said.

“Now we can meet it by connecting local suppliers to RedBalloon’s customer base with our software.”

“We believe this partnership is the right move to streamline the operators’ management process and expand their online presence.”
