Agents experience Tahiti's best

Australian and New Zeland agents are on a Tahiti famil, part of Tahiti Tourism's annual TravelMart trip.

The 14 agents experienced the most commonly sold islands of Tahiti and before they jetted off to the destination they met with inbound operators, hoteliers, airlines and the tourism board.

Several days were spent in the Society Islands including Bora Bora, Moorea and Tahiti.

The group stayed at the St Regis Bora Bora, Hilton Bora Bora Nui Resort and Spa, Tikehau Pearl Beach Resort and Le Meridien and Radisson Plaza Resort in Tahiti.

The annual trips were a valuable way to keep product managers abreast of Tahiti’s offerings and broaden their knowledge of the destination, Tahiti Tourisme Australia director Robert Thompson said.

Attendees were from Expedia, Flight Centre Global Product, World Travel Group, Tahiti Travel Connection, Select Vacations, Orbitz.com and Omniche Holidays.
