Spain's Benicassim Festival has been revealed as the destination for this year's Contiki Rock Around the World incentive.

The youth operator's top 50 performing agents from around the world, with 20 of those from Australia, will be carried off to Spain for 12 days from July 18 to 30 with the program to include Barcelona, Sevilla and Madrid in addition to Benicassim.

Managing director, Fiona Hunt, described Spain, one of Contiki's most popular destinations, as a "perfect fit" for this year's incentive.

"Rock Around the World is an opportunity for us to show our appreciation – in a very Contiki way – to the many agents who support us and have helped grow the company to become a leader within the youth travel industry," she said.

Every booking for a Contiki trip six days or more in length and for travel made between July 1, 2012 and May 30, 2013 will count towards the incentive. Winning agencies will be announced on June 5.
