Preferred suppliers go head to head in new Travellers Choice hub

Travellers Choice is making it even easier for members to support its stable of preferred partners through technology.

Travellers Choice have released today, the TC Hub – a new extranet solution that allows agents to compare side-by-side the key elements of preferred suppliers’ offerings, including products, commission levels and incentives. Technology is making it easier for agents to access support services and compare preferred products.

Unveiled at the retail group’s Annual Shareholders’ Conference in Canberra, TC Hub uses the same technology platform behind the retail network’s innovative Site Builder websites, enabling intuitive navigation, optimisation for mobile devices and advanced search functionality.

A key component of the extranet is the group’s new Preferred Supplier Directory, which members can interrogate using a variety of search terms, such as ‘name’, ‘product type’ or ‘destination’.

Each relevant company’s details including products, prices, commissions, incentives and preferred category level are then displayed side-by-side, allowing agents to quickly and easily compare results.

TC Hub also offers Travellers Choice members information on the group’s extensive member services, along with corporate news and links to TC Exell, an eLearning library where members can access a growing selection of online training materials from preferred partners.

General Manager Sales Nicola Strudwick says TC Hub is ultimately designed to help members get the maximum value from their Travellers Choice membership.

“It’s about ensuring Travellers Choice members  fully understand the extraordinary range of products and support services available to them,” Strudwick said.

“They can then make informed decisions that benefit their individual businesses and the company as a whole.”
