MSC Cruises launches virtual meeting platform for agents

MSC Cruises has lifted the covers off its new virtual meeting platform for travel agents, ‘Sales Connect by MSC – A World of Discovery’.

Agents can now book a virtual 30-minute sales call with their MSC business development manager through this platform, at a time that suits them.

The 30-minute sessions via video or phone call can be utilised to cover anything the agent would like to learn more about, including the restart of sailings, health and safety protocols, product training, current promotions, business development planning, and group opportunities.

MSC’s sales director for Australia and New Zealand, Lisa Teiotu, said: “Considering the reduced hours for many travel agents, this new platform allows for flexibility in booking a time, which will not impact on our valued travel partners’ day.

“It is so easy to book a one on one or group session with your MSC Cruises BDM to provide support and for us to engage with our partners.

Agents can use this link to book a session or visit MSC Book for details.

The cruise line also recently extended the validity of its Future Cruise Credits until the end of 2022.
