Helloworld has launched a new customer-oriented initiative at its recent Owners Managers Conference (OMC), which closed on October 4 in Los Angeles.

The new hello You program is tailored to provide helloworld agents with training in building customer loyalty, and has been developed by global training expert and PeopleInProgress CEO Terry Hawkins.

The program for both branded and associate members encourages staff in establishing strong customer relations, and equips them with the skills to positively influence and engage customers to ensure these relationships are long-lasting.

Head of branded networks Julie Primmer said the hello You development program highlights the network’s commitment to customer service.

“This program builds on the skills our agents already have and will allow our agents to deliver exceptional customer support, grow loyalty, and, in turn, achieve fantastic results for their agencies.”

A number of helloworld agents have already put the techniques from hello You to work following their involvement in the program, and have reported successful outcomes.

“Before our hello You training, I was struggling to get an Africa group tour off the ground,” owner manager of helloworld Caboolture King Street Jacinta Blundell said.

“After an amazing weekend of training, I was able to identify and address their concerns and able to get the entire group deposited within three days of sending out the invitation.”
