Central Coast Council is getting ready to celebrate the festive season, with a near month-long program of activities just around the corner.
Christmas on the Coast is heading to multiple locations across the Central Coast, with festivities kicking off on 5 December, before wrapping up on 27 December.
For the first time ever, an augmented reality Christmas photo experience will be running from 5 December in the lead-up to the annual holiday.
To take part in the experience, travellers will need to find a special QR code at one of the designated locations, load it up, and watch as their friends and they are transported to a Christmas wonderland.
Activities, and the augmented reality Christmas photo experience, can be found at:
- Memorial Park, The Entrance
- Kibble Park, Gosford
- The Village Green, and Canton Beach, Toukley
- The Foreshore, and Woy Woy Oval, Woy Woy
To celebrate the festive season, Central Coast Council will also be installing Christmas decorations in Wyong, Toukley, The Entrance, Terrigal, Gosford, and Woy Woy.
Kibble Park Gosford, The Village Green Toukley and Memorial Park at The Entrance will also feature a beautifully decorated Christmas tree, so be sure to head on down and take your Christmas family pics.
All decorations will be on display from the end of November 2020 to early January 2021.
But before you go, it’s important to remember to adhere to NSW social distancing restrictions when visiting any of the Central Coast Christmas hubs and enjoying the activities.
