Flight Centre pens three year deal with Netball Australia

Flight Centre has announced a three year partnership to support Netball Australia, the Origin Australian Diamonds and the Suncorp Super Netball league.

As the exclusive travel partner for the Origin Australian Diamonds, Suncorp Super Netball and Netball Australia, Flight Centre will support commercial travel needs for netball at all levels of the game.

Netball Australia CEO Kelly Ryan said she was excited to welcome Flight Centre on board in such a significant year for Australian netball.

“We are thrilled to have Flight Centre join as a key partner and we are looking forward to working together to play netball nationally and internationally,” Ryan said. 

“Between the upcoming seventh season of the Suncorp Super Netball League and the Origin Australian Diamonds preparations for the 2023 Netball World Cup in South Africa, it is a truly exciting time for Flight Centre to support netball.”

Flight Centre ‘provide a winning solution’ to a number of Australian sporting teams, from club to elite level and say they understand the specific travel requirements of athletes and sporting teams.

Netball Australia was in the news towards the end of 2022 when their $15 million partnership was Hancock Prospecting was pulled by the company’s executive chairman Gina Rinehart following an uproar in the playing group, Victorian Tourism stepped in to take the partnership.
