Over 400 Flight Centre brand leaders met up for the first time since the pandemic on Saturday 8 July to celebrate wins and plan for the road ahead.

Global Flight Centre brand managing director Andrew Stark said it was exciting to finally be able to gather together so many store and support leaders in one place.

Stark speaking to Flight Centre leaders

“There was a huge buzz in the air, not just because we hadn’t gathered for so long but because I think there’s a lot of excitement about the next chapter that’s opening up for the Flight Centre brand,” Stark said.

Our culture is alive and thriving. Our people, suppliers and customers are pivotal to our success. It’s been four years since we’ve had a leadership gathering of any kind and it’s all thanks to our customers that we are back.

“With more air routes opening up and airlines nearing pre-pandemic capacity, Flight Centre brand is eager to soar ahead providing customers with what we’re most famous for – flights.”

Stark said that in the coming year customers can expect to see an enhanced omni-channel offering.

“Flight Centre’s shift from old retail to new retail is all about offering customers the convenience of booking flights, holidays and other travel products both online and in-store, while at the same time providing them with our collective years of travel experience and expertise. It’s the quality of this omni-offering which is making the Flight Centre brand truly unique.”
