Elysia Wellness Retreat launches summer of savings

Elysia Wellness Retreat in the Hunter Valley is offering massive savings on its iconic all-inclusive packages.

Whether you fancy a healthier type of girls’ getaway (swap champagne and shopping for tea and tai chi), a bonding mother-daughter experience or the chance to make wellbeing a priority with your partner, Elysia has got you covered.

From a choice of more than 50 spa and beauty treatments to personal training, cooking lessons, stretching, sports, walks and wellness seminars, Elysia has loads of tailored programs to help detox, de-stress and disconnect from the hectic hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Throughout Elysia’s September Serenity Sale, guests booking an all-inclusive stay for travel until 30 June 2023 can enjoy $400 off a 4-night stay, $800 off a 5-night stay, and $1000 off a 7-night package.

Elysia has also launched new ‘Build your own package’ options enabling guests to customise their wellness experience according to their individual interests and goals – from a wellbeing weekend to a week-long complete reset – by adding specialised elements such as weight management, optimal nutrition, fitness, relaxation or a full mind and body recharge.

Elysia’s new Mindful Nourishment package is ideal for guests ready to swap cocktails and canapes for a signature escape incorporating wellness and physical activities, as well as a small group cooking class and 7-day Elysia Menu to follow at home to keep up the good work – making it the perfect add-on for foodie friends keen to hone their culinary skills.

Elysia’s Relax to Focus or Body, Mind, Unwind add-ons are new enhancements that can be added to any signature stay. Relax to Focus combines a classic facial, Swedish massage and hand or foot ritual, while Body, Mind, Unwind offers a holistic mix of wellness coaching, classic facial, Swedish massage and choice of Feldenkrais or acupuncture treatment.

Every stay at Elysia includes nightly accommodation, a daily program of nutritious meals and snacks (primarily vegetarian and organic with fish and chicken occasionally included and no alcohol, red meat, caffeine, sugar, or saturated fat), the daily group activity program, and the use of luxe on-site facilities including a heated 25-metre pool, outdoor resort-style pool, tennis courts, gymnasium, activity court and three fitness studios.

Elysia offers wellness retreat packages from two to seven nights staying in a choice of one, two or three-bedroom private suites with prices starting from $1,440 per person for a two-night stay.

The new DIY add-on packages can be purchased to complement the existing two, three, four, five and seven-night all-inclusive packages.
