Agents take control of Qantas group bookings

Qantas are giving the reins to travel agents when it comes to group bookings with the recent announcement that agents can now independently seat group passengers directly via qantasgrouptravel.com.

This new functionality is something Qantas claims are “the only airline in Australia to enable travel agents to independently manage the entire end-to-end group booking process from quoting to departure.”

For travel agents that want to learn more, Qantas will be holding two x 30 minute agent webinars to demonstrate the new group passenger seating functionality.
