Scenic Tours launches 2015 Antarctica program
By admin

Scenic Tours has launched its 2015 Antarctica program with a range of new itineraries and extensions with the addition of a third private charter.

Scenic Tours will be operating three private charters to Antarctica in 2016 on-board the small luxury ships, Le Boréal and Le Lyrial. The new first all-balcony stateroom and suite vessels will accommodate 200 guests that will enjoy complimentary beverages all day every day.

New itineraries will now showcase South America in combination with an Antarctic cruise. This expanded program includes a three night stay at Iguaz√∫ Falls on the Taste of Brazil tour, two new itineraries that take in the Amazon or the Gal√°pagos Islands, plus all Peru itineraries now include a visit to the floating islands of Lake Titicaca.

Scenic Tours are also offering two new destinations for Southern Ocean explorers. On board a small luxury cruise, groups of 30 Scenic guests will visit South Georgia or the Chilean Fjords.

“Antarctica continues to be one of the most sought after  destinations and the extraordinary response we have had year on year since we launched our luxury private charters  in 2014, is proof of that," Antarctic product manager Louise Hill said.

"We are delighted to be chartering Le Bor√©al and Le Lyrial for three cruises in 2016 and with only 200 guests on each cruise we anticipate the 2016 season to sell out extremely fast.”

Scenic Tours are also offering Earlybird offers for bookings made by 15 December 2014. Couples can save up to up to $2,500 with an airfare credit plus a further $2,000 airfare credit for all suite upgrades. Solo traveller offers and business class upgrades are also available.
