Travelport has launched a new search customisation tool entitled Search Control Console, enabling agents to "fine tune" the relevancy of flight search results to match their customer's needs.

The technology firm said the intelligent flight search platform gives agents control of more than 35 rules and parameters in order to best cater to their clients.

 

The second in Travel Counsellors' program of live webinars with sales expert Anthony Iannarino will take place on August 2.

The confirmation comes in the wake of a sucessful first interactive master class which was attended by more than 500 agents across seven countries.

 

Singapore Airlines will boost its India services with a third daily flight to capital New Delhi from the northern winter operating season.

The additional service, to commence from October 27, will also be operated by Boeing 777 aircraft and will take the combined total of Singapore Airlines and SilkAir services to India to 107 per week.
