Helloworld rolls out training program
By admin

Helloworld's first travel agent training session has been unveiled, with the focus primarily on airline products.

Titled Fares @ the Fair, the complimentary training program will visit five Australian capitals – Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide and Melbourne – throughout June.

The training session, the first of three scheduled by Helloworld for 2014, is supported by a host of international carriers, with Qantas Airways, Singapore Airlines, British Airways and Gulf carriers Emirates and Etihad among them.

"Over the last few months we have seen some major shifts in the airline industry, including alterations to alliances, fare structures and combinations, plus a range of new processes," Helloworld head of branded network Julie Primmer said.

"Our Fares @ the Fair training program ensures that our consultants, owners and managers have the latest information at their fingertips to meet their customers' needs."

Registrations for the Fares @ the Fair sessions close today.
