Luxury Escapes opens first ever brick and mortar store

Luxury Escapes has opened the doors to its pop-up retail space in Chadstone, offering up exclusive deals.

According to Luxury Escapes CEO and co-founder Adam Schwab, the pop-up will give customers access to in-person guidance from its team of travel experts, from how to build a personalised itinerary to discovering elevated experiences, as well as access to exclusive in-store offers.

“For the overwhelming majority of Australians, travel is top of the spend list in 2023,” Schwab said.

“And with life now well and truly back to ‘normal’ and cost of living front of mind, consumers are looking for the best exclusive deals and expert advice to help them plan the trip of their dreams and find seamless ways to maximise the whole experience.”

Customers can avoid the queues by booking in advance online which will also enable Luxury Escapes agents to offer a truly personalised, end-to-end concierge experience.

“This is just the beginning of what we plan to be an immersive and exciting in-store experience at Chadstone in 2023.”

Luxury Escapes’ Chadstone pop-up will offer exclusive in-store escapes and experiences, including for destinations such as Bali, Thailand, Maldives, Vietnam and Australia.

Customers will also be able to explore holidays that feature bucket list tours, inclusive drinks and dining, and access to hotel grand openings.

A recent survey of more than 4,000 Aussies by Luxury Escapes indicates that room upgrades, bucket list experiences, fine dining and spa treatments are high on the list for travellers looking for indulgence while on holiday in 2023.
