Man wearing Burger King crown cops airline ban following racist tirade

JetBlue has reportedly banned a passenger for racially abusing a woman whom he claimed took his seat and kneed him in the stomach.

The man, who was white appearing and wearing what appears to be a paper Burger King crown, was on a JetBlue plane in Kingston, Jamaica that was preparing to fly to New York’s JFK Airport when the incident occurred.

In a video obtained by TMZ, the man was seen yelling “Kick that n***** b*tch off the plane”, with a smirk on his face while a flight attendant asked him to calm down.

“Take your stuff and get out of my seat, please!” he yelled.

“She kneed me in the stomach, why are you in my face?” he continued to shout while an exasperated flight attendant pleaded with him to “shut the f*ck up”.

“I want a lawsuit! I want a f*cking lawsuit right now!” he screamed.

Later in the video, as he continued to ask why the woman who was allegedly in his seat kneed him in the stomach, a woman can be heard saying “because you deserve it”.

The man then stood up and claimed to be “part West African” and said he can say the n-word “any time I want”.

The video cuts to footage of flight attendants attempting to stop a surge of passengers from running toward the man who was standing in the aisle continuing his tirade.

TMZ reported the man was removed by Kingston police.

Travel Weekly has contacted JetBlue for comment and has not yet received a response. However, the airline told the New York Post it has banned the man from flying on its planes.

“We have zero tolerance for racism or harassment, and after reviewing this customer’s abhorrent racist behaviour, we have determined he is no longer welcome to fly JetBlue,” spokesman Derek Dombrowski said.
