Check out the beauty of Italy via this cool virtual exhibition and new video

While Aussies can’t start travelling to Italy again just yet, they can still enjoy a decent taste of it thanks to the country’s tourism organisation.

Having recently celebrated its centenary, the Italian National Tourist Board has unveiled a new experience showing off its advertising materials from pre- and post-war via a virtual museum.

Established in 1919, ENIT – Italian National Tourist Board has been promoting Italy and its beauty abroad for over a hundred years.

The organisation also recently released a new video reminding Aussie travellers what awaits them when they are finally able to visit Italy again, which you can check out below:

The Italian National Tourist Board has come on board this year as presenting partner for Travel DAZE 2020, the industry’s most thought-provoking conference.

Travel Weekly is committed to bringing you the usual high-quality content in a COVID-safe way, so Travel DAZE is going virtual this year.

Travel DAZE 2020 will explore what tangible steps business owners, travel agents, tour operators, marketers, and communication specialists can take toward rebuilding a sustainable and profitable future.

The conference will kick off on Monday 2 November and finish up on Friday 6 November, and the best part is that it’s absolutely FREE!

And if that isn’t enough to convince you to attend Travel DAZE this year, we’ve already lined up some fab speakers for the event, including UN Messenger of Peace, ethologist and conservationist Dr Jane Goodall; G Adventures founder Bruce Poon Tip; Flight Centre founder and CEO Graham “Skroo” Turner; Accor chairman and CEO Sébastien Bazin; Tourism Australia managing director Phillipa Harrison, Virgin Australia Group CEO and managing director Paul Scurrah; Intercontinental Hotels Group’s head of corporate responsibility, Karina O’ Gorman; Tourism Fiji CEO Matt Stoeckel; and AFTA chief executive Darren Rudd.

So, what are you waiting for? Click here to register, and be sure to visit the Travel DAZE website and keep an eye out for more stories regarding rego, speakers and session times.
