Helloworld unveils “game-changing” new reporting technology

Helloworld Travel has drawn back the curtain on new developments in business insight technology designed to help agents increase revenue, yield and profit.

The new enhancements were announced at the recent Helloworld Travel OMC and Business Travel Summit in Saigon, and recently released to the Helloworld Travel networks.

The enhancements include four main areas of identified untapped potential to deliver value directly to agents.

Incentive dashboards will outline an estimate on how the business is tracking relating to incentives, showing the preferred percentage rate across the business, where the business mix sits and the outcome of moving business to preferred partners.

The new forward sales functionality can tell agencies exactly when their expected income is coming in, giving invaluable cash flow knowledge and understanding of what is expected each month.

New airline incentives tailored specifically for the Helloworld Business Travel network show where they are tracking with the company’s key airline partners both year-on-year and also benchmarked against the network.

And finally, the technology now delivers improved usability with a newly designed look and feel overall.

David Padman, general manager of independent and corporate networks at Helloworld, said: “Providing our owners and managers with the ability to track in real time exactly where their performance is at with our preferred partners is game-changing.

“They can see when they are close to hitting a major incentive tier and do what they need to in order to achieve that tier. Having this visibility allows our members to be much more strategic.”

Helloworld recently embarked on a nine-month project to enhance the business insight measuring tools it offers to agents across the branded, associate and Helloworld Business Travel networks.

Unique to Helloworld, and developed in conjunction with Resurg Group, this bespoke technology is designed to help agents increase revenue, yield and profit across various areas of the business by showing agents exactly how their business is performing.

Using the HLO Business Insights Dashboard, agents can track their level of preferred sales, their current yield, individual consultant performance and other key metrics.

It can also provide a target list of key focus areas ranked by current performance, showing each owner exactly where to focus efforts to increase performance.

The business insights tool allows benchmarking across the network and delivers insights that lead directly to increase in profitability, according to Helloworld.

Available to all Helloworld Travel agents at no cost, the tech tool is being used by 90 per cent of the leisure networks.
