DON’T PANIC: Entries for the Australian Travel Awards close TODAY!

The day has arrived, folks. And the time is now to enter the Australian Travel Awards!

The women, men and companies that make up the Australian travel industry form the backbone of a booming economic sector – and now there’s a brand new way to champion their success.

And you can still enter right here.

This awards programme will champion all the innovative people and companies that make up the Australian travel industry, and will celebrate wholesalers, destinations, airlines, tourism boards, cruise lines, retailers and the myriad of other companies that make our industry so unique.

We also want to know what you think! Put forward your favourite travel companies – whether they be wholesalers, airlines, luxury brands or technology companies – and tell us who you think most deserves an Australian Travel Award. After all, the best usually come highly recommended.

So let us know who you think should (or will) win here.

And a friendly reminder: Entries will close today at 5 pm. So submit your entry before it’s too late!

There are a whopping 35 categories to enter into, covering the full gamut of the travel industry – with no limit on the number of categories you can enter.

There’s everything from, boutique hotel to sustainable tourism to technology provider to tourism board of the year. Check out all the categories and entry criteria here.

And for one company making the biggest, most impressive splash in the industry overall, the highly coveted Grand Prix Award awaits you. The victorious winner of this award will also receive an advertising package worth over $75,000 across the Seven West Media network. And if that’s not a reason to enter, we don’t know what is.

Judged by over 50 of Australia’s most experienced travel industry alumni as well as the country’s foremost marketing experts, winning one of these prestigious awards will mean you’ll have customers flocking.

One of these shiny trophies will also be a show of excellence that can be used to promote your business and gain market share with consumers, who, nowadays, demand brands they can trust to deliver the best.

But to win, you have to enter! Start your entry (or finish your ‘in progress’ entry) here. And remember, you can only submit your entries by 5 pm today.

The Australian Travel Awards will be held on Friday, November 30 at Paddington Town Hall, Sydney. Grab your early bird tickets here and find all the nitty gritty details on the website here.

And a massive thanks to all our lovely sponsors!
