Accor to dazzle with luxury
AccorHotels is pleased to announce it is an Official Platinum Accommodation Partner of Luxperience 2015 which will take place at Australian Technology Park from 6-9 September 2015.
As an Official Platinum Accommodation Partner of Luxperience 2015, AccorHotels will showcase its luxury brands including Sofitel Luxury Hotels, Pullman and MGallery, both nationally and abroad from the Asia Pacific region.
AccorHotels representatives attending Luxperience will be available for one-on-one meetings with a selection of international and domestic agencies and operators from the luxury and experiential travel and events sector over the three day event.
Seminyak gets fresh sense of style
Singapore-based KOP Properties is nearing completion of its transformation of Semara Resort & Spa at Seminyak in Bali which will re-open before Christmas as Montigo Resort.
It will be KOP’s second resort property in Indonesia and will be promoted and marketed in Australia and New Zealand by North Sydney-based Randall Marketing.
Like KOP’s Montigo Resorts Nongsa on the Indonesian island of Batam, just off Singapore, the refurbished resort at Seminyak will encompass Montigo’s unique concept of five-star hospitality at an affordable price point.

Paradise reborn in Mauritius
Shangri-La’s Le Touessrok Resort and Spa is set to debut on November 1 2015, bringing back a fresh take on luxury in Mauritius.
The extensive six-month renovation is nearly complete and pop-up events are being held in London, Paris and Dubai in late September and early October set to showcase the resort’s experiential offerings and provide a taste of paradise with Mauritian musicians, artists and flavours flown in for the occasion.
Located on the east coast of Mauritius in the stunning Trou d’Eau Douce Bay, the 200-room Shangri-La’s Le Touessrok Resort offers Indian Ocean views from all guestrooms, suites and villas; talcum-white sand beaches; and Ilot Mangénie, a secluded private island reserved exclusively for guests that features 3.5 kilometres of pristine beach, a stylish beach club and on-island butlers.
Mercure Perth brings dining to forefront
The Mercure Perth hotel has re-launched its Beccaria Bar and Restaurant, showcasing a contemporary new finish for guests and revised menu that reflects its prime location in Perth’s vibrant city centre.
Situated near Perth’s Central Law Courts, Beccaria Bar and Restaurant is aptly named after innovative Italian criminologist and philosopher, Cesare Beccaria, and has re-launched after an extensive refurbishment by award-winning Melbourne interior design firm Elsie+Betty.
Perth gets hot new Premier Rooms
Pan Pacific Perth has unveiled its sleek new Premier Rooms following the completion of a multi-million dollar guest room refresh which saw 124 rooms and eight suites completely remodelled.
Each redesigned room is fitted with guest-centric and functional enhancements, including an appointed workspace to cater to the needs of the hotel’s corporate travellers.
The refurbishment programme also incorporated the latest technology to deliver an enriched level of comfort and convenience via up-to-the-minute technology; LED interactive TVs and iPhone docking stations are new features of the stylish rooms.
