Hilton kicks off monthly foodie calendar

Not just any pear will do for Hilton.

Hilton Sydney has chosen the king of pears, the Corella Pear, as its inaugural “seasonal ingredient” as part of a new campaign to be used across its F&B outlets.

The ‘Seasonal Ingredient Calendar’ will highlight one ingredient on a monthly basis to showcase the array of locally sourced produce used by the hotel’s various F&B including Glass Brasserie, Zeta Bar, Marble Bar and Café Cino. Hilton Sydney’s various outlets will then have the chance to get creative each month with the crafting of a signature menu item utilising the selected ingredient.

The Corella Pear, for instance, has been used to create mouth-watering cocktails, paired with seafood and turned into delicious sweet fritters.

In addition to creating a signature menu item, Hilton Sydney will offer a variety of other specials in conjunction with the Seasonal Ingredient Calendar (below).
