Sales for Sydney by Crown, a modern 25-storey glass-and-steel 220-apartment development at 161 Clarence Street will commence at the launch on November 22.

Sydney by Crown will also be home to a collection of Crown Group’s boutique serviced apartments, and walking distance to Barangaroo and the new Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre. It is also expected to be “unlike anything seen before in Sydney,” according to Crown Group ceo, Iwan Sunito.

“Sydney by Crown’s innovative design created by Koichi Takada sets a new architectural benchmark for Sydney. We are proud to be able to deliver a truly iconic building in this emerging global city,” Sunito said.

“Crown Group had clear vision to create a building which reflected the international, forward-thinking nature of Sydney.”

Earlier this year, Sydney beat out competition from 30 countries and was ranked the world’s most liveable city by Pricewaterhouse Coopers.

“Sydney is the most exciting city in the world to live in for countless reasons. International investors and global funds are increasingly recognising the potential of Sydney.”

Launched last year with $100 million in apartments sold within the first week, Crown Group’s North Sydney project, Skye by Crown, features an infinity-edge rooftop pool, top floor gym and indoor/outdoor common area. Sydney By Crown is also set to feature a rooftop bar, open to residents and guests.
