P&O Cruises will this week make history in South Australia, with a record four calls to local ports that are predicted to inject $1 million into the state’s economy.

On Sunday the super-liner Pacific Pearl made P&O’s first ever call to Port Lincoln, with a call to Adelaide the following day, followed by visits to Kangaroo Island and Robe.

 

Etihad Regional is now flying a twice-weekly service between Geneva, Switzerland and Toulouse, France.

“The new route is an important milestone in our strategy of expanding operations to key regional cities across Europe and providing travellers with greater choice,” said Etihad Regional chief executive officer, Maurizio Merlo.

 “We are confident it will help boost business and leisure ties at both ends, in addition to flowing traffic on to the services offered by our partner, Etihad Airways.”

 

Tourism New Zealand, the New Zealand Transport Agency and Air New Zealand have teamed together to target Chinese tourists with important road safety messages.  

Developed by Tourism New Zealand and the Transport Agency, a Chinese language, driver safety video is currently included on inflight entertainment systems on Air New Zealand international flights from China and Hong Kong into New Zealand.
