Accor has launched Phuket five-star property, the Pullman Phuket Arcadia, at the region's Naithon Beach.

The 277-room resort is located 15 minutes from the airport and overlooks the Andaman Sea.

 

Gold Coast Tourism has attracted 500,000 Chinese social media users to follow its Sina Weibo page.

The Visit Gold Coast page is now the number one Australian tourism organisation on Weibo – the Chinese equivalent of Twitter or Facebook. It holds a 46% share of 915,000 Weibo fans following Australia's top five tourism sites, the tourism body revealed.
