AirAsia will boost its frequency on the Perth-Bali route with the addition of an extra daily service, taking it to four flights per day.

The additional Airbus A320 service will commence on July 1.

 

Air Canada will say farewell to its general manager Australia and New Zealand, Jeannie Foster, when she stands down at the end of May.

The airline paid tribute to Foster’s achievements which include implementing a direct daily service from Sydney to Vancouver in 2007 and then 10 weekly flights over the peak ski season.

She leaves to pursue “new challenges”.

 

The website of hotel firm Accor, Accorhotels.com, saw traffic climb 25% from 2010 to 2012, attracting more than 10 million visitors and registering 10 online bookings every minute.

In 2012, web channels represented 27.8% of room business volume, with the figure expected to reach 50% by 2016.

 

Singapore Airlines has enhanced its hop-on hop-off bus product with added frequencies, 24-hour tickets, multi-lingual services and wheelchair assistance.

Bus rides remain free for customers that have purchased a Singapore Stopover Holiday and selected Singapore Airlines packages.
