China Eastern will cancel one of its three weekly flights between Shanghai Pu Dong and Cairns between July 1 and October 26.

 

Noosa's first Mantra property is now open, following a $5 million refurbishment of the Hastings Street property that was formerly BreakFree French Quarter.

The investment included a revamp of the resort's apartments, a brand new reception and lobby, and a refresh of the exterior, pool and gardens.

The hospitality firm has three properties in neighbouring Mooloolaba.

 

Hawaiian Airlines will purchase 16 Airbus A321neo aircraft between 2017 and 2020, with rights to purchase an additional nine aircraft.

The transaction finalises the Memorandum of Understanding announced in January and represents the latest step in its fleet expansion plans.

Luxury cruise line Silversea has unveiled its 2013 Northern Europe brochure featuring voyages aboard Silver Cloud, Silver Whisper and Silver Explorer.

The program includes two Grand Voyages aboard Silver Whisper including the 19-day Remote Isles and City Lights and the 14-day White Nights and Majestic Fjords.

 

Gay wholesaler Gay Globe has launched new Jordan and India tours for 2013.

The 12-night India in Style itinerary departs September 14 and the nine-night Splendour in Jordan tour departs October 28.

Gay Globe signalled small group tours to Egypt, Cuba, Tibet and Myanmar are next on the agenda.
