New Wotif chief executive, Scott Blume, has confirmed he will appear at this month's No Vacancy Australia conference.

The accommodation site last week reported a 5% fall in net profit after tax to $27.5 million, marking a tough start for Blume who took up the position vacated by Robbie Cooke in January.

He will take part in the Online Travel Agent panel at the accommodation conference alongside Adrian Currie of Booking.com, Yury Shar of HotelsCombined.com and Brice Fair of Hooroo.com.

The event, which takes place at Sydney's Sheraton on the Park on March 14, will also feature Accor chief operating officer, Simon McGrath, and Mantra boss, Bob East, among others.
