Experience enhanced on Fiji Airways

Experience enhanced on Fiji Airways
By admin

Launched yesterday, Fiji Airways is bringing an enhanced on-board experience to passengers including the new business class signature dishes, rejuvenated FijiTime magazine and Lomalagi duty.

The latest suite of changes to its on-board passenger experience is something Fiji Airways’ managing director Stefan Pichler said sets the airline apart.

“As Fiji Airways continues to expand its fleet and network, so does our on-board experience,” Pichler commented.

The new Signature Dish is designed by renowned Fiji-based Chef, Lance Seeto, as part of the refreshed Business Class dining experience. The Signature Dish meat choice is charred Beef Fillet with masala chai tea rub, herb buttered prawns with a side of sweet potato duchess, Fijian organic vegetables and tempered cardamom jus; the fish option is presented as seared wild fish poached in coconut herb buttered prawns, coriander and pineapple rice pilaf, Fijian organic vegetables and red papaya curry sauce.

Adding to this is the Lomalagi Inflight Duty Free shopping which allows world-class inflight retail with well-known international as well as Fijian brands.

Passengers can also enjoy a rejuvenated Inflight Magazine, FijiTime, that has also been redeveloped to include inspirational destination stories and striking imagery to inspire all traveller types.

Pichler said along with the improvements brought onboard, “we have empowered them to elevate this outstanding service and deliver an experience that is fitting of a world-class boutique airline.”
