Live chat to get excited about

Travel agents across Australia and New Zealand can now have instant contact for booking support thanks to Excite Holidays new Live Chat feature.

In line with Excite’s ‘made for agents’ philosophy, Live Chat works in collaboration with key agency partners to give travel agents another method of interaction and booking support.

Live Chat is the latest addition to Excite Holidays’ commitment to customer service excellence. In addition to this new communication channel, travel agents are also able to contact Excite Holidays by phone or email via their agency support centre which operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Additionally, Excite Holidays currently has eight BDMs providing face-to-face support to travel agents across Australia and New Zealand.

By using Live Chat, travel agents are able to speak to a member of Excite Holidays’ agency support team without waiting in a queue, 24 hours a day, every day. Once agents type in their query, they will receive an instantaneous response.

“We developed Live Chat as part of our continuing commitment to customer service excellence. We wanted to provide our agents with an additional way to communicate with us and Live Chat allows them to receive quick answers to their booking questions,” explains Andrew Yell, general manager global sales.
