Travel at 60 searches for Australia’s Funniest Boomer
Travel at 60 & Starts at 60, the digital platform for older Aussies, is searching for Australia’s Funniest Boomer.
The competition is a celebration to remind everyone that this is a trailblazing generation not only with a great sense of adventure, but with a great sense of humour.
Travel at 60 CEO, Wendy Harch says “it’s been a tough few years, so this competition is the opportunity to have a bit of fun with our audience.
With a mini-suite on a P&O Comedy cruise up for grabs as well as the title of ‘Australia’s Funniest Boomer 2024’, we expect a lot of interest in this fun competition.
Participants have until 31 January 2024 to submit their entry into the competition. The community will vote for their favourite acts and the top finalists will feature on stage at an inaugural comedy festival in Brisbane in 2024. With a panel of judges, featuring special comedic guests (to be announced), the event promises an evening of hilarity, camaraderie, and unforgettable moments.
