Royal Caribbean International has unveiled a new tool that allows travel agents to book cruises and flights on a single platform.

Launching in the Australian and New Zealand markets today, ‘Flight Finder’ is designed to make travelling to different ports around the world more convenient and accessible, as well as streamline the booking process for agents.

Available on Espresso at www.CruisingPower.com, the new tool allows agents to book flights and transfers in addition to a cruise booking without ever leaving the booking platform on Royal Caribbean International’s, Celebrity Cruises’, and Azamara’s booking programs.

Flight Finder also comes with a range of improved features to make flight and cruise bookings stress-free for travel agents, including a lowest airfare guarantee, assured arrivals, an advanced search function and the ability to reserve flights.

Looking to learn more about Flight Finder? here are all the details of Royal Caribbean’s new tool in full:

  • Lowest airfare guarantee: This feature provides agents with the best value in air travel for their clients
  • Assured arrival: Get ready to take all the stress out of booking flights, as the new tool allows agents to confidently sell Royal Caribbean International’s sailings and airfares in one package. ‘Flight Finder Specialists’ will be on hand monitoring flights, ensuring delays and cancellations don’t jeopardise client’s travel plans
  • The advanced search function: This function allows agents to quickly and easily search flights by ship and sail date. The new layout can browse multiple classes and airlines all on the one screen, and clients can also choose their preferred airline and redeem loyalty points
  • Pay later: Looking to start your booking now and finish it later? This function gives agents the ability to reserve select flights and has the flexibility for clients to pay for their airfares at the same time as their final cruise payment.
