PSA: There’s a massive Spice Girls exhibition touring the UK

ATTN Spice Girls fans! You need to head to Europe, right now.

Well, more specifically, the UK. Because there’s a giant Spice Girls exhibition touring around until September!

You can check out all the outfits – around 300 are currently on display – plus every bit of Spice Girl memorabilia you could think of. Everything from sparkly platform boots, leopard-print jumpsuits, toys, CDs, videos, magazines, merchandise, mopeds, AND the double-decker bus featured in the movie Spice World. Yep, seriously. This exhibition is like no other.

The Spice Up Exhibition will run at the Business Design Centre in London until August 20. Meaning you have two weeks to fly over.

Because in London, there’s also a special two-hour bus tour! Fans will get to see iconic Spice Girl-related locations as well as historic London locations – all while listening to the very best Spice Girl hits. Could you ask for a better tour?

If you can’t make it to London, the exhibition will move to Manchester from August 24 to September 4, and will hopefully tour the UK into 2019. And maybe even come to Australia!

The Spice Up Exhibition was spearheaded by Alan Smith-Allison, a Spice Girls super-fan who started building up his collection of memorabilia in 2006, and has teamed up with other collectors and Spice Girls fans for the exhibition, which houses 7000 items in total, and is the biggest music exhibition ever.

And the best bit? Admission is only £10!

The exhibition curators have also designed replicas of what a Spice Girls super-fan’s bedroom could have looked like, and guests may even have a shot at going inside the double-decker Spice Bus.

Most items are a throwback to the ’90s, when the Spice Girls were most popular, but the exhibition follows Baby, Scary, Sporty, Ginger, and Posh Spice throughout their entire careers, all the way up to their 2012 reunion performance at the London Olympics.

Here’s hoping there’s another reunion soon – or at least that the exhibition tours the world.
