    MSC Cruises has announced Arnaud Michelin to the role of contact centre and operations manager – Australia & New Zealand.

    Michelin officially joined our ranks on 23 August 2023 and will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customer-centric approach, optimizing service models, and refining business processes to support our agent partnerships.

    In his new position, he will lead and oversee MSC’s contact centre, operations, and group functions, bringing his extensive industry knowledge and invaluable experience to further strengthen MSC Cruises’ presence in Australia and New Zealand.

    With a proven track record in leadership, sales, and contact centre management roles, Michelin’s expertise is poised to contribute significantly to our ongoing success and growth.

    Prior to joining MSC Cruises, he held prominent roles with renowned organizations in the travel sector including leadership positions at Finnair, Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL), and Air France KLM, showcasing his versatile capabilities in different facets of the industry.

    Most recently, he served as the General Manager for Australia, New Zealand & South West Pacific at Airline Rep Services, where his strategic insights and adept leadership were instrumental in driving the company’s achievements.

    Tenures also include roles as a regional manager for Finnair and significant contributions as a team leader for outbound sales at the NCL Group, as well as supervisor/business support manager for Air France in the APAC market.
