Inspired Luxury has been appointed as the Australian representative for AKARYN Hotel Group, a collection of luxury boutique resorts and hotels located on pristine beaches and ideal locations in Thailand and beyond.

Aleenta Phuket on Natai Beach also known as the ‘Hamptons’ of Phuket and Aleenta Hua Hin, located on the Gulf of Thailand, are the first resorts within the collection to appear in AKARYN’s Barefoot Luxury portfolio.

The akyra Manor Hotel Chiang Mai (opening 1st August 2015) and the akyra Chura Koh Samui are both sophisticated resort hotels with a hip urban influence for the young at heart.

In Q2 2016, AKARYN Hotel Group will also unveil AKARYN Private Island Cambodia – a 15 minutes speed boat ride from Sihanoukville – in partnership with world famous designer Kenzo. The akyra Manor Hotel and both Aleenta resorts are members of the prestigious Small Luxury Hotels of the World collection.

Responsible for all sales activity in Australia for the group, Inspired Luxury, founded by Lynne Ireland, will be partnering with trade members to showcase properties to the luxury leisure, wedding, family, wellness / spa, romance, culture, eco and incentive sectors.

“I’m thrilled and excited to be working with Lynne again after all theses years. She was one of the first contacts I met at SLH and through her guidance and connections I have learned so much about the industry. Her professionalism is unmatched and her passion is infectious. With Lynne, I know the AKARYN Hotel Group is in good hands,” AKARYN founder and md, Anchalika Kijkanakorn, said.

According to the latest statistics, visitor arrivals to Thailand between January-May 2015 were up 25% year-on-year.

“It is superb to see the development of AKARYN Hotel Group with the new properties being launched over the next twelve months. Anchalika is renowned for her business savvy and innovative approach to the market, reinforced by her position as Chairman of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World Board. It is a delight to be working with Anchalika once again and contributing to the increasing number of visitors discovering and re-discovering this beautiful part of the world,” Inspired Luxury, ceo and founder, Lynne Ireland added.
