InsideJapan launches new agent asset with latest Japan Brochure
Edited by Travel Weekly

InsideJapan has launched its latest agent asset with its new brochure dedicated to helping Aussie families get the most out of their Japan adventure.

The brochure, now available via the Agent Hub, showcases a selection of the top family-friendly activities, experiences, and accommodation styles and includes a sample itinerary that goes beyond the traditional Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka routes.

Harry Sargant, trade sales manager (Australia) at Inside Travel Group, said family trips currently make up a majority of bookings.

“With approximately 50% [sic] of our bookings currently coming from the family market, we wanted to ensure we provided the right information to our important frontline agent ambassadors so they can engage, educate and convert their family-focused clients,” Sargant said. “Over the past 20 years of business we have found that families want lots of diverse activities and experiences to keep a broad age range entertained and happy.

“Busy families also want someone else to plan the holiday for them. Parents don’t want to always be the tour guide – they want to be able to soak it all in and enjoy it too.”

Families are seeking to explore more of Japan than the classic sights of Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka and have shown interest in how the different seasons vary and how they can best make the most of their travel dates, which the new brochure can help answer.

“Leading up to their adventure the InsideJapan’s expert Res Team, our Travel Consultants, offer expert advice and can plan an awesome bespoke itinerary which keeps everyone happy and entertained, Sargant continued.

“Then once they are on-the-ground families have access to a 24/7 local customer support team, so throughout the whole process they always feel empowered but also supported.”The InsideJapan family brochure is available via the Inside Travel Group Agent Hub, HERE.
