Helloworld exec management gets shake-up

Helloword Travel’s Air Ticket Business has experienced a shake-up to its management team.

Looks like it’s time to welcome some fresh faces, say your tearful goodbyes and brush up on your water cooler conversational skills!

According to a release in the ASX, Russell Carstensen, Group General Manager – Corporate and Air Tickets has tendered his resignation from the company.

As a result, John Constable, Group General Manager – Retail and Commercial will also take over responsibility for Hellowworld’s Air Ticket Business.

Nick Southerland, who is currently Group General Manager – QBT will take over responsibility for the group’s corporate business and will join the Executive Management Team.

“I want to thank Russell for his contribution to the business over many years and wish him well for the future,” said Helloworld Travel CEO Andrew Burnes.
