Flight Centre’s Stage and Screen brings client events back

Flight Centre’s Stage and Screen brings client events back
Edited by Travel Weekly

After a COVID-induced hiatus of more than three years, Stage and Screen, the entertainment travel subsidiary of Flight Centre Travel Group, returned its client events.

Stage and Screen welcomed more than 500 attendees to its revitalised client events held across Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane.

General manager Adam Moon said the resumption of these cherished events signified more than a return to normalcy and said it was both humbling and emotional to be back face-to-face with clients – some of which he had not seen in nearly four years.

“We’re proud that we run our business in a very different way to mainstream corporate companies – we consider ourselves to be genuine partners with our customers – not just their travel managers,” Moon said.

“It signifies the enduring strength of relationships we’ve forged over time – relationships we hold so dearly. Whether it’s a live sports event or an entertainment show, we’ve found ways to bring joy to people’s lives when they needed it most – that’s something to be proud of.

“Sure, we’ve had to adapt. We’ve had to find new ways of working and new ways of connecting with audiences. But isn’t that what our industry is all about? Innovation and creativity are in our DNA.

“We know that each and every one of our clients have particular needs and we thrive on producing a travel management program that really caters to what they want. We value the differences and nuances across our customer base and we thrive on delivering bespoke offerings for them all.”
