Compass Expeditions has announced a new agent portal to make and manage bookings for all Compass Expeditions products.

Compass Expeditions has a reputation for crafting unique journeys that traverse diverse landscapes and remote destinations. With the introduction of small-group 4WD tours, the company acknowledges the importance of providing travel agents with user-friendly tools to navigate the complexities of these intricate itineraries.

Ben Willox, managing director of Compass Expeditions, expressed the value of this development.

“We understand that travel agents play a pivotal role in shaping remarkable travel experiences for their clients. Given the intricacies of our large and diverse itineraries, we recognise that agents require seamless access to the information their clients expect,” Willox said.

“Our newly introduced agent portal is designed to streamline the process and remove some of those complexities.

“Compass Expeditions is committed to delivering exceptional adventures, whether on two wheels or four. By empowering travel agents with a straightforward booking system, we aim to enhance their ability to book our trips for their clients.”

Ingrid Berthelsen, ETC’s managing director & co-founder, explained how Compass Expeditions is taking steps to further support agents as the company promotes its new 4wd tour range in the Australian market.

“The introduction of this booking and management system showcases Compass Expeditions’ unwavering dedication to improving its services and providing travel agents with the essential tools they need to book these unique small-group 4wd tours in addition to the motorcycle tours,” Berthelsen said.

Agents can request access to the booking portal by emailing agents@compassexpeditions.com and for any agents who are already set up with tourCMS they can provide their account name to connect with the system.
