Batik Air has advised travel agents it will be adjusting prices on its Melbourne to Kuala Lumpur and Sydney to Kuala Lumpur services.

In a statement issued today, the airline which previous operated under the name Malindo Air said the airfare changes would come into effect from 21 September 2023, and that all existing bookings must be ticketed before 20 September, or “as per the ticketing time limit in the PNR, whichever is earlier.”

All fare changes will be updated in the CRS and GDS.

Batik Air says it will not be able to assist with any waivers for any un-ticketed bookings.

It reminded agents that Batik Air (OD) commission on OD 816 ticket stock via Australian BSP remains at 3 per cent.

Agents with any additional questions should contact the airlines local representatives via email at batikair@airlinerepservices.com.
