AAT Kings has announced the restart and refresh of its Day Tours in Sydney and Melbourne for the first time since the pandemic kicked off.

When it comes to desirable destinations for 2023, capital cities are back, according to AAT Kings research, with over a third of travellers who are considering a guided holiday looking at Sydney and Melbourne.

AAT Kings has also unveiled its new Day Tours Booking Portal, aimed at creating a seamless and easy experience for its partners across agents and hotels to secure the best product for their clients, saving time during high-demand periods and providing a one-stop online location where Day Tour bookings can be created and paid.

Agents can now also search and book Day Tours filtering by duration, month, travel dates or destination all via the one system.

Travellers can once again book day adventures from Sydney, including the AAT Kings Blue Mountains All-Inclusive Discovery tour visiting Sydney Zoo where an Aboriginal Guide showcases native Australian wildlife, lunch in the quaint mountain village of Leura, and taking in the Three Sisters from Echo Point before heading to Scenic World to explore the steep valleys and canyons from the iconic Scenic Railway, Cableway, and Skyway.

For travellers looking to explore the iconic coastal scenery beyond Melbourne, the Great Ocean Road & the Twelve Apostles Day Tour shows off charming coastal towns of Victoria with a stop at Apollo Bay for lunch, before continuing the journey along the Great Ocean Road including the Memorial Arch, the Twelve Apostles, Loch Ard Gorge and London Bridge. After soaking up the views, the tour takes guests back to Melbourne through the Great Otway National Park.

Plus, adventurers can return to Phillip Island for the day with the Phillip Island – Penguins, Koalas & Wildlife Tour departing from Melbourne.
