By admin

Travel Counsellors from across Australia recently gathered at Crown Melbourne to hear the latest news, updates and developments that will enhance the support provided to the growing number of agents in Australia.

The conference, one of the company’s biggest yearly events, was attended by over 170 delegates that included most of the company’s Australian agents, their partners, management team, head office staff and a host of guest speakers and suppliers.

The theme was ‘Switch On’, with sessions focusing on providing the company’s Travel Counsellors with the tools, knowledge, technology and strategy to switch on and continue to adapt to an ever-changing business environment.

Travel Counsellors managing director Steve Byrne told delegates: “We are dedicated to providing you with the training, tools and technology to help you survive in a competitive and changing industry. Our goal is to give you the support and strategy to transform your businesses and to always keep ahead of the game."
