The largest hotel expo in Asia Pacific, World of Accor is coming to Sydney on Thursday August 7, providing travel agents, wholesalers, corporate clients, tourism partners and MICE organisers with all the latest accommodation news and trends from across the region.

The expo will take place at Sofitel Sydney Wentworth, where Accor hotels from Europe, the USA, Asia, Australia, Fiji and New Zealand will offer an insight into the group’s new developments, products and services, alongside key industry partners.

 

Polar cruise operator One Ocean Expeditions has released its 2015 Canadian Arctic cruise program.

The company will be offering four small-ship expedition cruises in the northern Summer of 2015.

To celebrate Canada Day and the launch of the 2015 Arctic expedition programme, One Ocean Expeditions is offering a travel credit of US$1000 per person for bookings made before September 30 on all Canadian voyages. 

 

New Zealand is one of the fastest growing travel destinations for young travellers according to an announcement made today by Topdeck Travel.

Following a global increase of almost 50% in sales for the ‘Land of the Long White Cloud’, Topdeck is already officially guaranteeing 100% of its New Zealand trips only two months into the 2014/2015 season.

According to Tourism New Zealand, the youth market currently makes up 25% of travellers to the country and has been a designated focus market since 2010.
