Dynamic packaging launched for Helloworld agents

By admin

Helloworld agents are set to “reap the rewards” in a rapidly changing online travel space via a new dynamic packaging initiative on the company’s website.

Helloworld.com.au, launched in January following the termination of the company’s previously owned bestflights website, now allows for agents to dynamic package at price parity due to its partnership with Orbitz Worldwide. Since February, bestflights.com.au and bestcruises.com.au has been directing customers to the Helloworld domain.

Helloworld.com.au CEO Jeremy Reitman said the online strategy was to boost agents’ ability to compete in a competitive online environment and that dynamic packaging would “open up previously inaccessible channels for agents”, as well as boosting brand awareness and market share, ultimately delivering increased revenue for members.

“Our focus at helloworld.com.au is a simple one – we’re capturing market space and share in channels which previously weren’t even on the radar and we’re making sure our agents benefit in the process,” Reitman said.

“We are combining the discounting of the online market with the expertise and customer service for which our agents are so well known. We’re proud to be opening up what has been traditionally a wholesalers’ domain to our agents and we’re proud to be partnering with a market leader of Orbitz’ calibre.”

“We also now have a online travel agent affiliate program which boosts our agents’ competitiveness.”

Helloworld.com.au has also rolled out a new screen campaign at Sydney International Airport, built on the back of its mobile App.

“Over the next 12 months, our screen campaign at Sydney Airport will allow us to promote content tailored to the flight departing from each gate,” Reitman said.

“From tours, experiences, hotel deals, and flights, we will be promoting destination-specific travel and ancillary services to consumers about to get on a plane. In addition to building our brand presence in a very tangible and powerful way and provides a huge upsell opportunity for our agents.”

“We are our agents’ online advantage, boosting visibility, extending reach and maximising returns,” Reitman said.
